How much does it cost?

You are paying for my attention, experience, and access. Those I support, I go all in to help. I’ll do everything I can to help you create the growth and change you long for.

Typically, cost is $3k a/mo

This includes meeting bi-weekly for an hour and texting or quick calls when unexpected challenges arise.

What if I can’t afford it?

I want to work with people who can’t afford to stay with the status quo. In the first year, I promised myself I wouldn't say no to someone if budget was the only issue. When I was in the early stages of Bluebridge, a coach said to me, "Pay me what you can, and if we work together and it changes your business, pay me what I deserve." It changed my career, and I became one of his highest-paying clients.

Why did you get into coaching?

I spent 10+ years as a tech founder, and it pushed me to my limit. The pressure and stress were overwhelming at times, and the growth expected of me felt exceptional. But somewhere along the way, I fell in love with human-centered leadership, its ability to create thriving companies, and its ability to change people in the process.

Coaching was incredibly valuable to me because it helped me clarify what I wanted in my life and better understand how some of my negative behaviors were impacting the company. I grew tremendously through coaching, and I distinctly remember several times during impactful sessions saying, “I can’t wait to do this for other people!” And now I do!
